Hi all,
im looking for some advise on what bulb to use for growing indoors. should I go with MH,HPS or duel spectrum. what gets the best results.

Hey Pip,

Depends a bit... Do you have a proper grow room? Ventilation? Extraction? If so, HPS is (still) the way to go for me... I'm well open for discussion on this one though... :geek:
