Man you have grown a lot of strains  I´m more of a stay-to-the-strain-i-know guy, growing only 3 strains (with a few bagseeds here and there) for ~10 years.
My short list:

BubbleGum 7/10/ 4 (I just adore the taste and smell)
Skunk#1 10/ 7/ 2 (great yield with not too much care, AMAZING yield with good care, my beginners strain)
Jack Herer 9/ 7/ 3 (great yield, great high, deserves the name)

I have to say I find it hard to set the "how-hard-to-grow" number, every strain is a little different, some need more nutes, bigger pots, some react good to a scrog, some hate defoliaton.
The better you know a strain the easier it is to grow/ the higher yields you get.

greetings ;)

Hi man, I completely agree about rating how hard a strain is to grow, especially as u get different phenos in the same pack of seeds ( unless your dealing with a good breeder). Something that was easy for me too grow out May be difficult for the next man, my results r just how I found each strain ;)

Peace bro

The optimal pH level for marijuana plants exists within a range. It is vital that the plants are grown in an environment that has a pH value between 5.8 and 6.2. If the pH value goes beyond this range, the growth of the plants will be severely stunted.
