How to raise or lower ph in soil?

Hey there,
I'm growing in soil and I always come in trouble with a raising ph to the end of a grow.
Could someone tell me a good way to lower this from the beginning. I would like to add lime or something but I have never done that before. So I don't know how much lime lowers the ph in 10 l soil about 0.1 for example. Anyone here with experience?

Hi Stiffie.

Soil balances out the pH level pretty well. Yet, if you'd like to lower it, what I do is use concentrated lemon acid. Under 10,- a ltr. Available in the better growshop in Holland. Works like a charm!

What levels is your soil through the grow and at the end?
